Vice President, Human Resources

Sharon Gorman, SPHR, is the Vice President, Human Resources for Qualis Health. She oversees the direction and operations of Qualis Health's Human Resources department, providing oversight and leadership addressing the organization's needs in the areas of recruitment, employee development, policies and procedures, benefits, compensation, employee relations and workforce planning.

Before joining Qualis Health, Ms. Gorman was the Director of Human Resources and Administration for Sealaska Environmental Services, LLC, where she was responsible for all strategic and tactical human resources and administrative functions. Prior to that, she served for more than 10 years at Adaptis as Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Services. Her career in human resources also includes prior management positions with EMCON and PTI Environmental Services.

Ms. Gorman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from City University in Bellevue, Washington. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
