Qualis Health Cardiac LAN PCOs at the Forefront of EHR Use

Two primary care organizations (PCOs) participating in Qualis Health's Cardiac Learning & Action Network (LAN) recently discussed their ongoing efforts in using electronic health records (EHRs) to generate reports for tracking specific quality of care measures. The reports will help participants gauge their own quality metrics, compare them against that of other Cardiac LAN participants and submit data to CMS' Physician Quality Reporting System.
