Healthy Hearts Northwest

Healthy Hearts Northwest is a cooperative of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's (AHRQ's) EvidenceNOW initiative to advance heart health in primary care. This innovative three-year project helps primary care practices in Idaho, Oregon and Washington improve their patients' cardiovascular health—while also building their capacity for quality improvement. Qualis Health provides practice support and technical assistance to practices in Idaho and Washington.

Medicaid Quality and Safety Initiatives

Qualis Health also leads quality and safety initiatives for Medicaid programs, strengthening states' ability to use data in measuring and improving the quality of care for the expanding population of Americans enrolled in Medicaid.
