Outlook Associates

Our consulting division, California-based Outlook Associates, LLC, has successfully helped clients advance their financial, operational and overall performance. Our team accomplishes this through streamlining processes and optimizing the use of existing and new systems and technology resources.

Outlook Associates offers exciting opportunities to effect real change in healthcare. Major areas of concentration are:

  • Planning and implementation of HIT solutions
  • Data, systems and technology integration
  • Operational and business process improvement
  • Quality and compliance services

Although we are located in California, we work across the U.S., supporting our clients both onsite and remotely. We offer both employment (W-2) and independent consulting (1099) engagements.

Our current work includes:

Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) Planning and Implementation

We work with state Medicaid agencies to assist them with the planning, procurement and implementation of their MMIS solutions.

Practice Redesign

Our consultants are working with community health centers and other provider practices to improve the quality and efficiency of their clinical and business operations. In collaboration with major funders, we are assisting these practices to position themselves for recognition as patient-centered medical homes.

Electronic Health Records (EHR)

We support providers in their efforts to improve their clinical and business practices through the implementation of improved EHR solutions. In addition, through the Washington & Idaho Regional Extension Center (WIREC), we provide vendor-neutral technical assistance to help providers select, implement and achieve meaningful use of EHRs. Open Positions

  • Process Improvement Consultant (Healthcare)

    Outlook Associates, a division of Qualis Health, offers exciting opportunities to effect real change in healthcare. Our expertise includes planning and implementation of health IT solutions; data, systems, and technology integration; operational and business process improvement; and quality and compliance services.

    In this full-time, W-2 opportunity, you’d provide process improvement consulting and project management services to a variety of health care clientele. You’d develop and oversee project plans; set milestones, reinforce expectations, and assign tasks; and monitor and report on progress. You’d also share best practices and lessons learned to achieve improvement in health care delivery systems, processes, and outcomes.
