Summary of Last Year's Review Activities

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has contracted with Qualis Health to be its Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) in Idaho and Washington. All QIOs are required to provide a summary of its activities regarding beneficiaries' appeals and quality-of-care complaints.
