Your salary is just part of your compensation at Qualis Health. We also offer a comprehensive program of employee benefits to meet many of your other needs. The following list describes the benefit package available to a full-time employee working 40 hours per week. Part-time employees are also generally eligible for a competitive benefits package on a pro-rated basis.
Paid time off (PTO) bank: 16 days/year of personal time off, increasing to 21 days after four years, and to 26 days after eight years.
Extended illness bank: Seven additional days per year for approved extended medical absence.
Holidays: Nine designated holidays.
Medical Insurance: Employees may choose from three comprehensive programs.
Dental Insurance: Premier program with a wide choice of dentists.
Short term disability: Qualis Health pays 100% of short-term disability coverage.
Long term disability: Qualis Health pays 100% of long-term disability coverage.
Basic Retirement: Qualis Health contributes 7% of income, with a choice of investments.
Employee assistance program (EAP): Free short-term counseling with up to six visits per family member.
Gainshare: Bonus for eligible employees in years that the company meets certain performance and financial goals.
