Andrew D. D. Craigie
Andrew D. D. Craigie is the chief executive officer of the Garfield County Public Hospital District in Pomeroy, Washington. He is an experienced critical access hospital and rural health clinic administrator who possesses a thorough understanding of the complexity of rural health system operations as well as the challenges related to sustainability. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as the executive director of Sunrise Assisted Living, a 65 bed assisted living facility in Mercer Island, Washington.
Mr. Craigie’s professional affiliations include the Washington State Hospital Association, the Washington Health Foundation, the Washington Rural Hospital Insurance Trust, and the Critical Access Hospital Network. Mr. Craigie earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University and he is in the process of completing a Master of Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. He is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician. Mr. Craigie has been a member of the Qualis Health Board of Directors since 2007.
