Timothy Frazier, MS, Secretary/Treasurer

Timothy Frazier, MS, is Operations Administrator for Horizon House, a 450-resident congregate care retirement community in Seattle. Immediately prior, he was a project consultant for 2Degrees in Seattle, where his clients included the Seattle Symphony and Microsoft Corporation. He has over 25 years of strong leadership and technical capabilities in general management, finance, managed healthcare, information systems, and management consulting.

Frazier has served as the chief financial officer for CoroWare and CoroWare Test Labs, chief financial officer of Community Health Network of Washington and Community Health Plan of Washington, and as chief operating officer for Cascade Healthcare Alliance. In addition, he spent time as the senior vice president and general manager of Shared Market Services at Premera Blue Cross, and also as the director of group systems at WellPoint Health Networks.

Frazier earned his Master of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge, and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. He has been a member of the Qualis Health Board of Directors since 2007.
