Robin L. Shuler, CPA, MBA oversees accounting, finance, risk management and administrative functions (including purchasing, reception, mail/delivery and facilities management). This also includes pricing, cost accounting and overseeing annual audits by external auditors and cognizant governmental agencies.

Before he joined Qualis Health in June 2003, Shuler served a number of organizations as chief financial officer. His experience includes healthcare, retirement living, engineering, construction, environmental remediation, software, and high tech manufacturing. Shuler also has extensive experience in the financial and administrative management of growing mid-size organizations, including project cost accounting; financial reporting; contracts; federal acquisitions regulations; budgeting and pricing; mergers and acquisitions; strategic planning and quality improvement.

He is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in the State of Washington. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Puget Sound and a bachelor of arts in accounting from Seattle Pacific University.

Shuler also is a member and serves on the board of directors of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG-Seattle Chapter) and other nonprofit boards. He teaches courses in finance and accounting for the American Consulting Engineers Council (core competencies for principals program). Shuler is a member of the Washington Society of CPAs (WSCPA), the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), Financial Executives International (FEI) and the American Health Quality Association (AHQA).
