Overview

The Carpenters Health and Security Plan has been in effect for more than 50 years to help eligible carpenters and their dependents. It’s designed to help cover the costs of medically necessary expenses resulting from non-work-related illness or injury.

We are contracted by Carpenters Trust to improve health and control costs. Qualified healthcare professionals work to see that the right people get the right services at the right time.

Qualis Health’s Role - Case Management

Qualis Health’s case managers are licensed nurses or mental health professionals with extensive training and experience.

Case management is free, optional support for individuals with a catastrophic injury or illness, or a chronic medical condition.

Qualis Health case managers can:

• Identify healthcare concerns
• Gather information to help you make the best healthcare choices possible, within your benefits plan
• Serve as a resource for your healthcare team and family
• Coordinate referrals
• Assist in obtaining healthcare services to promote the best outcomes
