Qualis Health Board members are appointed for three year terms. The Bylaws contain no provision for caps on length of service. The Board is comprised of a minimum of ten and a maximum of fifteen persons. Appointments are typically made at the Annual Meeting in December, although the Bylaws permit interim appointments. The percentage of the Board appointed each year varies, although an effort is made to have approximately one-third of terms terminate each year.
