Continuing Education Contact Hours

This program has been pre-approved by the Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to Certified Case Managers (CCMs). You may receive up to 17 CEs if you attend all three days.

Qualis Health is pursuing Continuing Education Units for registered nurses, licensed clinical social workers and certified counselors for this three-day presentation.

Hotel Accomodations

A limited number of discount accommodations are available at the Marriott Residence Inn (next to the BP Conference Center). These special rates are available until April 14, 2015, or until the group block sells out.

Registration

Cancellation policy: If you've registered and are unable to attend the conference, the seminar fee includes a $10 non-refundable charge, which reflects administrative costs in producing the event on May 6. The remainder of the registration fee is refundable if cancellation notice is received by calling Qualis Health at (877) 200-9046 by April 10, 2015.
