The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) leads the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) Program, one of the largest federal programs dedicated to improving health quality at the local level.

Qualis Health is the Quality Innovation Network QIO (QIN-QIO) for Idaho and Washington, working to improve care for beneficiaries, families and caregivers across the region.
