Steven R. Brown, MBA, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, CMS, is the Vice President of Human Resources for Qualis Health and HealthInsight. He oversees recruitment, professional development, policies and procedures, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and workforce planning.

Previously, Mr. Brown provided human resources and organizational development consulting services to private-sector clients such as Juno Therapeutics, Indi Molecular and OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals. He also held human resources leadership roles at the National Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Association, Integrated Diagnostics, Casey Family Programs, and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. As a volunteer, he shares his expertise with students at Seattle University and Bellevue College through mentoring, mock interviewing, and job search advising.

Mr. Brown holds a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Hartford, master of science in employment law from Nova Southeastern University, master of science in human resource management from Emmanuel College, and master of business administration from Seattle University. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, and Compensation Management Specialist.
