Seattle, WA - The Qualis Health Safety Net Medical Home Initiative (SNMHI) has been featured in the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's (AHRQ) Case Studies of Leading Primary Care Practice Facilitation Programs: Overview. The SNMHI is one of four case studies that highlight innovative practice facilitation approaches and activities. "We're pleased that AHRQ has identified the SNMHI as a leading practice facilitation program," says Jonathan Sugarman, MD, MPH, Qualis Health President and CEO.
