Steven Schneider, MD, appointed to lead quality improvement in Idaho
Boise, ID – Steven Schneider, MD, has been appointed Medical Director for Idaho Care Transitions and Patient Safety at Qualis Health, one of the nation's leading healthcare consulting organizations. Dr. Schneider's scope of responsibility includes providing clinical expertise to programs that aim to improve care transitions, reduce unnecessary hospital infections and improve care in skilled care nursing facilities.

Dr. Schneider is the founder of the Idaho Wellness Center in Boise, an innovative patient-centered family practice based on prevention, self-care and shared decision-making.
