MVP Program Enrollees Get Expert Health IT Assistance to Achieve Meaningful Use
Qualis Health has begun enrolling physician practices in its MVP Program for 2014, a new health information technology consulting program designed to help clinical teams effectively use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
The Membership Value Pathway (MVP) Program is designed for healthcare organizations to successfully achieve meaningful use of their EHRs, earn incentives, avoid penalties and benefit from the expertise they need to handle other health IT challenges. For an annual membership fee, MVP members receive direct access to expert health IT consultants to get their most pressing questions answered and avoid costly pitfalls.
"More than 4,000 providers have already benefited from Qualis Health's proven approach to EHR consulting through our Washington & Idaho Regional Extension Center for Health IT program, collectively realizing nearly $60 million in meaningful use incentive dollars," said Peggy Evans, PhD, Director at Qualis Health."The MVP program creates an opportunity for even more providers to receive the EHR consulting assistance they need at an affordable price."
"Our Qualis Health consultant created a game plan in 'non-IT' terms and armed me with data and information," said Michelle Mathiesen, Office Administrator of the Kitsap Medical Group. "I feel like I can wrap my head around this project, and possibly make this transition to electronic health records as minimally invasive as I could ever hope to make it, and I truly feel that is because of the help that Qualis Health has provided."
The MVP Program is the latest in a series of innovative services designed to help Qualis Health clients transform their business and clinical performance in order to be more efficient and effective in their work.
