Frequently Asked Questions


How do I search and apply for employment opportunities?

Click Search and Apply for Jobs to go to our Careers website. From there, you can view a list of all available positions, filter by department or location or search by keyword. To apply for a job, use the links at the bottom of the posting (under "Apply") and follow the prompts.


How do I know when new job opportunities are posted?

Create and update a Job Agent to search for new job postings and notify you of potential matches based on your skill set, with or without first creating a Profile. We share job opportunities on social media, so follow us on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.


May I apply for more than one opening?

Yes. Once you've created a Profile, you may use it to apply for any opening.


What happens after I submit my application?

You can confirm that we received your resume through your Profile. The information you provide will be evaluated on the basis of the posted knowledge, skills, and abilities and other requirements of the position.

If you're among the top candidates:

  • Typically, you’ll be asked to complete and submit a detailed employment application.
  • As applicable, either the hiring manager or Human Resources may conduct an initial phone interview.
  • If we decide to proceed with your candidacy, you'll be invited to attend an in-person interview.


If you're not among the top candidates, we will notify you when the position is filled. You may continue to apply for new positions using your Profile.


How long does it take to submit an employment application?

This step usually takes 20 to 30 minutes to complete. For security purposes, the system will log you out automatically after 45 minutes of inactivity (the system saves your data so you can resume where the session ended, if this happens).


Does Qualis Health conduct background checks on new hires?

Yes, all employment offers are contingent upon completion of background checks that include:

  • Professional references (current and/or past supervisors, or others you provide for us to contact)
  • "Excluded Provider" status for working on Medicaid or Medicare contracts
  • Criminal records
  • Licensure and other job-related credentials
